### Job Responsibilities
* Handle both incoming inquiries and make outbound sales calls.
* Respond promptly to leads from advertisements and follow up with potential customers.
* Explain product details (Groundnut Oil), packaging, pricing, and delivery options.
* Ensure polite and professional communication on all calls.
* Maintain records of interactions, leads, conversions, and customer details.
* Convert casual inquiries into confirmed orders while building reliable long-term relationships.
* Provide insights to identify bulk or society-level purchase opportunities.
### Ideal Candidate
* Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
* Previous experience in telecalling or similar sales roles preferred.
* Confident in maintaining call etiquette with customers.
* Customer-first attitude with strong sales-driven motivation.
* Comfortable managing CRM/data sheets for leads or basic call tracking systems.
### Compensation & Setup
