Build Budget WordPress Learning Platform

I want to build a basic online learning website similar to Master: Watch Reels & Learn.

My budget is very limited. I want a simple and low-cost WordPress website that I can manage myself without hiring a developer.

Required features:

1. Basic professional and mobile-friendly website.
2. User registration and login.
3. Short educational video viewing page.
4. Free and premium video sections.
5. Basic course categories.
6. Admin dashboard to upload and manage videos.
7. Basic monthly subscription system.
8. Manual payment verification and membership activation.
9. User dashboard to check membership status.
10. Simple and easy-to-manage design.

Technical requirements:

– WordPress website only.
– Use free themes and plugins wherever possible.
– YouTube video embedding to reduce hosting storage costs.
– No Android or iOS app.
– No custom coding unless absolutely necessary.
– No expensive premium plugins.
– Complete admin access and website ownership.

I will purchase the domain and hosting separately.

Please provide your lowest fixed-price quotation, delivery time and examples of similar websites.

I want a basic working website first. Advanced features can be added later.
